A robot pony designed as an educational companion for children, is set to hit the market.The four-leg machine, called Little White Dragon, has been developed to become the first smart vehicle for use by children. The robot, which has a unicorn-like horn, is also positioned as a first smart vehicle for children and it’s designed to be ridden.Chinese automotive manufacturer Xpeng Motors has created a robotics division which created the device.It will also help develop autonomous vehicles.is equipped with power modules, motion control, intelligent navigation, and intelligent emotional capabilities for interaction with its human friend.It will be equipped with artificial intelligence that allows it to manoeuvre autonomously, navigate various terrains and recognise people and objects.It has an animated face able to show different emotions but its full capabilities have not yet been revealed.

Pri podjetju XPeng Motors so razvili in javnosti predstavili izobraževalnega spremljevalca za otroke, robotskega ponija. Gre za štirinožni stroj, ki so ga poimenovali Little White Dragon (majhen beli zmaj), in so ga zasnovali kot prvo pametno vozilo za otroke.
Robot, ima na glavi majhen rog, zaradi katerega spominja na samoroga, z njim pa se otroci lahko prevažajo naokrog. Pri Xpeng Motors gre za kitajskega avtomobilskega proizvajalca, kjer so pred časom ustanovili tudi oddelek za robotiko. Ukvarjajo se tudi z razvojem avtonomnih vozil.

Otroški robot je opremljen s senzorji za nadzor gibanja, ima inteligentno navigacijo, vgrajeno baterijo in inteligentno posnema čustva za enostavnejšo interakcijo s svojim človeškim prijateljem. Opremljen je z umetno inteligenco, ki mu omogoča avtonomno manevriranje, premagovanje različnih terenov in prepoznavanje ljudi in predmetov. Na animiranem obrazu pa lahko pokaže različna čustva, a proizvajalec zagotavlja, da to še zdaleč niso vse njegove zmožnosti.
