Poleg tega je komisija Poljski poslala prvi opomin v okviru postopka zaradi kršenja evropske zakonodaje, ker ni ustrezno ukrepala za uveljavitev sodbe Sodišča EU iz julija letos. Ta ugotavlja, da poljska zakonodaja o disciplinskih postopkih proti sodnikom ni v skladu z evropskim pravnim redom.
